Exciting Leadership Opportunities

We are currently recruiting for key Non-Executive Director (NED) roles and a new Chair to guide this Land through its next chapter. These positions offer a unique opportunity to make a lasting impact on housing development and community growth across Cambridgeshire and the surrounding counties.

The Roles:

• Chair – Lead the company into its next phase of strategic development and transformation, ensuring strong governance and long-term success.

• Non-Executive Director (Legal & Governance) – Bring expertise in legal and governance frameworks, risk management, real estate, infrastructure matters and corporate communication to support our strategic direction.

• Non-Executive Director (Housing Development & Corporate Strategy) – Provide insight into housing development, bringing experience in effective strategic partnerships and successful housing delivery to help guide our future developments.

These roles are integral to our mission, offering a chance to work alongside a dynamic leadership team while bringing independent oversight and strategic guidance. The Chair of ARAC and the Chair of Rem Com and Nor Com remain in post, ensuring continuity in governance.
